Our products come in order of priority from Africa, Europe, the United States, and China. This is in order to:
- to favor African productions,
- reduce delivery times
- to make our business eco-responsible by protecting the planet from pollution linked to long-distance transport (air or sea transport).

We are based in Ivory Coast (Abidjan). We market in countries mainly in West African countries. Delivery times therefore depend on the following cases:
- if the products are present in our stocks "from 3 to 7 days,
- if the products are not present in our stocks from 7 days to 30 days
We do everything to reduce our delivery times, while ensuring that these transport costs do not impact the prices of our products too much. In the majority of cases, delivery of our products is free to the aforementioned locations. The most used online payment methods in Africa are favored by Tim-Mod with African platforms such as PayDunya, AnkaPay and many others. You will therefore find, depending on your respective countries, the possibility of paying with the most used media in Africa such as Mobile Money, Wave and of course bank cards.
In some cases, some products, and only in Ivory Coast, the payment on delivery method by Mobile Money is also accessible. I refer you to our payment page for further explanations.

An order tracking is provided by Tim-Mod for each order. It is done by email. It is therefore important to facilitate this tracking, to create your Tim-Mod account from the first order, with all your contact details. Then the tracking of your orders will be accessible directly in your customer area accessible in the menu.

Yes, just give the delivery address different from the billing address, and pay online. Then the delivery will be made to the person who corresponds to the delivery address.

Depending on the reasons for the refund request, we require visual and/or documentary proof in order to proceed with the refund. The refund request must reach us within 5 working days following delivery, otherwise it will be refused. Our shipping , return and refund policies are described in our global policies to be seen in your customer area, or in the bottom menu of the home page.
